We proudly work beyond the recommended standards. JSM wears its hard-earned accreditation badges with pride.

This is our preferred way of working. Agree a scope, agree a fixed cost and deliver.

We work collaboratively with our customers safety is the responsibility of everyone involved and each site is different. Our staff are IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS and SSSTS trained with all site personnel carrying appropriate safety skill cards. Every piece of work we undertake is assessed, planned and risks mitigated. You will receive as a minimum Risk and Method Statements prior to any works being undertaken which our teams will have access to and will have signed up to the pre-agreed site processes and systems of work.

Our engineering teams are trained to undertake dynamic risk assessments in live operational environments to ensure any unforeseen risks are captured and mitigated.

For larger projects, construction phase plans will be in place.

That’s a great question. We are very conscious at JSM that whilst are teams are all trained to varying degrees in safety management our expertise is in the built environment. That’s why we employ a safety partner to undertake site inspections, audit our processes on a quarterly basis and review our health and safety policy annually, a partners unbiased expert opinion remains an ongoing invaluable asset to JSM. Backing that with regular refresher training and third-party accreditations ensure we are never complacent.

Very much so – ESG is equally important to us, I would welcome the opportunity to meet and discuss this further however below are some of our key deliverable headlines:

  • We’ve recently moved our HQ to ensure that we can benefit from the latest renewable energy technologies
  • Our fleet is migrating to EV in the meanwhile all our vehicle remain less than 5 years old
  • We can help you with the specification, installation and maintenance of all renewable technologies.
  • Our team whomever they are have an equal voice and value to the business, there is no open door policy because we don’t have doors all members of the team working collaboratively in the same open plan environment.
  • Our team are JSM, there needs to work flexible are accommodated there aspirations to develop are encouraged
  • We operate an apprenticeship programme throughout all levels of our business and invest actively in training.
  • All our compliant governance policies are available on request review annually and adhered to the letter.
